These Lock Laces™ make obsolete the issue of untied shoes. Nothing is more aggravating than having to pull to the side in a race to re-tie shoes! Admittedly, I miss the old-fashioned cotton laces. I don’t miss the knots, however. Cotton laces were difficult to un-knot. But in cold weather especially, the laces that come with shoes often come untied. These resolve the issue.
Never have untied running shoes again!

Besides making your running shoes, tennis shoes or cleats slip on shoes, they stay tied while you are running. The important thing is to make sure you do not snip the extra length until you’ve run in them a couple of times. Tuck them under.

Many times, you’ll find you need the extra since many people do tend to make them too tight at first. So adjusting them the first time takes some patience. It’s one of those things that requires a little effort up front and saves you a lot of time over the long haul.
Most of the racers who use these don’t like the plastic thingy that caps on the end. But you can just leave it off.
Besides being ideal for athletes, these also work well for the elderly, disabled, children and anyone who hates tying shoelaces.
There’s not much to say other than I’m mad someone got these to market before I did. I thought of these a long time ago, as did others I’m sure, and I’m glad to have them now. You just lace them up, the directions are very clear, and use the device to “lock” them in place.
