Ergonomically positioned Helium 3-D Ventilated Foam Pads enhance comfort and reduce heat build-up you might experience with other fuel belts. This lightweight fuel belt registers low on the “bounce scale” making it far more comfortable to wear on long runs.
It is also the top rated hydration belt and has been put to the test the toughest endurance events. Craig Alexander placed first overall at the 2008 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii with his Helium 2-Bottle Belt. This has a high track record of success.

This fuel belt makes it easy to stay hydrated and carry your liquids, gels and gel blocks.
The best part is that the bottles are ergonomically designed and stay securely tucked in their holsters.
Adjustable and comes in sizes
The Velcro makes this an easily adjustable belt but it also comes in sizes. You can get the Helium 2 that comes with 2 water bottles or Helium 4, which comes with 4. Usually, if you can’t decide on a size, it’s best to order down. The last thing you want is a loose belt.
Product Features
This product is well made and durable. It's also very light and the bottles are balanced well. (Of course it's heavier when they are filled.) I was worried I would sweat right around the hips with it, but that's not the case. I had no problems with leaking caps as some other runners did. I just make sure and screw them on tight enough. The pouch that comes with this one is very small but not an issue unless you want to put a cell phone in it.

Complaints
- Those athletes that did not give this rave reviews liked the Amphipod or the Nathan Speedbelt.
- The pouch that comes with the Fuel Belt is considered pretty small. Most felt the Ripstop pocket belt loop pouch in medium was a good size. But if you just want room for keys and gel, it’s fine. It’s those who want to carry a cell phone that might need larger.Ripstop pocket belt loop pouch
- Some thought the seal wasn't tight enough but most felt you simply had to screw it on tight enough
