I have several products I use on a regular basis that help me avoid athletic injury or help me recover from one so I can continue to be active. I'd have to say that my fave is the kinesio tapes. I like each of them for different reasons but they really do the trick when it comes to reducing pain, swelling and promoting healing. I usually have the bulk rolls.

Probably a close second would be my gel kayano 16s followed by my Champion Shape T-Back Sports Bra.

So do you have a favorite supplement, product, brace that helps keep you in the game or gets you back faster? We'd love to hear it. Even if it's something you sell we want to hear it. Many of you represent companies in the first place because you believe in the product. Tell us why you like it and why it's better than similar products.

# My favorite 2010-01-08 15:14
I swim for exercise and my favorite is the Aqua Sphere zip fins. I love how they make me feel like I am gliding through the water.

My other favorite is dmso roll on. Still use it from my lacrosse days.

I've got to use Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein (Gold). It's the best.

I love Hammer Gels, Heed electrolyte drink, and my mini fuel belt waterbottle (handheld).

I don't use braces regularly, but my Gel-Frantics were a bargain.

# SpiderTech Tape 2010-01-08 21:56
I'm a huge fan of the SpiderTech Precut Kinesiology Tape products. Most people don't have the training or skill to cut and apply kinesiology tape from rolls, so they end up having to pay to have a therapist apply it every time they need it. The SpiderTech products are already precut for different parts of the body, and they have step by step application instructions on the back. You no longer have to be a rocket scientist to apply kinesiology tape to relieve pain and swelling from injuries, surgery, etc.
