As a follow-up to my plea for help with constant feet pain, I decided to go turbo with the Allied Labs Super Sport Orthotics. After a grueling New Years Day of pain from walking around Christmas Town in Busch Gardens the night before, action had to be taken whether I have plantar fasciitis, metarsalitis or just plain old flat feet.

Better walking thru Orthotics

For the last two days, I've spent all my waking hours in Orthotics, switching them from dress shoe to indoor sneakers to outdoor sneakers and back again (I had dog walking sneakers but they are now Lawn Mowing sneakers). The results have been remarkable. Yesterday I woke up with some pain but today barely no pain at all, yet. Haven't pushed it with fast walking or any running but I'll give that a shot in a few days. I'll soon be ready for running shoe recommendations that would be comfortable with orthotics or potentially so supportive I won't need the orthotics.
