Ok, so does being almost 53 mean that when one part of your body heals, another part starts to hurt? I'm on my way to solving my feet pain issue with a combination of Allied Labs SuperSport Orthotics and switching from Lipitor to Crestor. Don't get me wrong, Lipitor was great for me for many years and definately lowered my bad cholestoral level considerably. It's just that after going on and off it the past few months, testing revealed it may have been contributing to my constant feet pain so I'm giving Crestor a shot.

Why does my wrist hurt?

For the past two weeks my left wrist has been painful - especially when I have to bend it to pick up something (like my dog). When I turn it the wrong way, ouch! So what should I do - see my PCP, Ortho guy, or drink a gallon of Glucosamine every night? I have no idea how I injured it or if it's even an injury - maybe from working out at Midlothian Athletic Club and using a machine incorrectly? Please let it not be carpal tunnel syndrome. Stay tuned as I try to figure out this latest unexplained injury. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
