Foot Taping: Kinesio Taping- Plantar Fasciitis

This application is great for plantar fasciitis. I can personally vouch for this. I had plantar fasciitis for 18 months before I tried this tape. This was a few years ago so I had not heard of it yet.
I do stretches to keep it from coming back. I will start to feel a tightness in my arch and that's my hint to apply the tape before it comes back.
I use KT Tape Pro because it sticks the best and it's hard to get anything to stay on my sweaty feet. But it will stay for over a week no matter what kind of punishment I put it through.
Orthotics work for some people. This works and a stretch I call "high heel on the wall" keeps it limber. It was this combo that got rid of it. Like I said, I had it for 18 months. When I did that stretch and applied the KT Tape, it took less than two weeks to get rid of it!
