Some of the typos bugged me but other than that, this was a good guide in terms of stretching, diet and overall how to get rid of plantar fasciitis.

This one is thorough

The important thing to remember is that you have to try different things to find what works for you. It took me a long time to find the right thing and as a result I have a LIBRARY of resources including books, splints, tape etc. It's also important to prevent it from returning by stretching regularly when you feel the twinge.
