Penetrex Transdermal Cream Review

Benefits of Pain Meds/Supplements

Works for:
tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and shin splints plus other muscle aches

Product Resources

Penetrex is a transdermal anti inflammatory cream for tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and shin splints. It is a cream, that with an effective elbow brace and even ibuprofen, can help ease the pain and inflammation from tennis elbow.

Transdermal means the active ingredients are delivered across the skin for systemic distribution.

For some, it provides considerable relief while others feel that it takes the edge off the pain so they can sleep.

Keep in mind, that you still need to rest the injured muscle and physical therapy helps as well. While many find kinesiology tape effective, it can’t really be used with kinesiology tape as that tape won't stick well. However, it can be used with coach tape over the top.

Penetrex contains

  • Vitamin B6
  • Pyridoxine
  • Arnica
  • Choline
  • MSM
  • Cetyl Myristoleate
  • Glucosamine
  • Boswellia Serrata
  • And other proven elements deep into muscles, nerves, ligaments & tendons

You can use it twice per day for flare ups or as much as three times per day. One 2 oz jar provides 4-6 weeks of treatment.

Apply Penetrex liberally to the affected area(s) and continue to massage in thoroughly for a minute or two until you can see that it has been absorbed through the skin. You start with a dime sized amount and rub it into the effected area.

While you will read raving reviews, it is not a miracle cure but it does seep in and provide some real relief. Again, it is best used in conjunction with physical therapy, rest, an elbow brace or athletic taping.

It works with additional help

This cream will help alleviate the pain for most people but is best used with tape support or a brace. Aleve or ibuprofin will help as well.
