Benefits/Features:
Sun protection, energize tired arms, keep blood flowing, wick sweat,

Sleeves for running, triathlons and biking events help energize arms over the course of long events, keep arms warm, wick sweat and keep sun damage at bay. Some work better for certain athletes than others and each distinct advantages from sun protection to sweat wicking capabilities. These come in pairs.

Best for half and full marathoners – CW-X Lite Stretch Arm Sleeves

The four-way stretch fabric in the CW-X Lite-Stretch Arm Sleeves are light, breathable, and easy to put on and take off. Even though they are “lite” they are also durable. They survive multiple washings.

Best for shorter arms - Zensah Compression Arm Sleeves

The Zensah Compression Arm Sleeves fit tight, are seamless and run shorter than the other arm warmers. Another brand that runs shorter is Nike arm sleeves. It takes a bit more time to put these on but despite the initial tug, they are secure, energizing and comfortable. seamless design feels divine

Best for Sun Protection

White arm warmers, like the Pearl Izumi Sun Sleeves are very popular with triathletes, bikers and ultrarunners because of the supreme sun protection of UPF 40. We reviewed these earlier this year and the full Pearl Izumi Sun Sleeves review is here.

Running sleeves

These are surprisingly comfortable. My personal preference is the Pearl Izumi for warding off sun which is in another listing and the CW-X would be a second for me. I am very long armed so the zensahs don't do it for me but my shorter running girlfriend loves them. Most of those we spoke with really liked the CW-X brand as well.

Not good for long arms

These arm sleeves are nice but they are not for the tall guy. I wish I had seen this review before I bought them. I am 6\'7\" so they are way too short in the arms for me. But otherwise I was impressed with the quality and effectiveness although obviously uncomfortable in my case.
