Where to buy RockTape

To find out how you apply the new performance kinesiology tape, RockTape, click the link below. Easy to follow instructions are on that page.

How to apply RockTape page.

It covers kinesio taping methods for:

Tennis elbow, Achilles tendon, neck, sciatica and ham string, lower back, calf, knee, shoulder, shin splints, upper front thigh, IT band, plantar fasciitis, groin. It also has a video on the basics.

kinesio tape for arch pain

I will say that the plantar fasciitis taping they show does work, but the one I have an example of on the site works as well and is far easier than forking it. More than one way to skin a cat, though.

Here's kinesio taping for plantar fasciitis on our site. Here's the way I used to do it before I discovered the easier way. It works but it is more challenging to pull off.

And just to show an example, here is RockTape kinesiology taping of the knee.

Yes. That particular picture would work for pateller tendinitis. There is more than one type application method for an injury. Here is a video for one taping method for patellar tendinitis. http://sportsmedinfo.net/reviews/index.php/kinesio-taping/222-kinesio-taping-runners-knee
