It covers kinesio taping methods for:
Tennis elbow, Achilles tendon, neck, sciatica and ham string, lower back, calf, knee, shoulder, shin splints, upper front thigh, IT band, plantar fasciitis, groin. It also has a video on the basics.

I will say that the plantar fasciitis taping they show does work, but the one I have an example of on the site works as well and is far easier than forking it. More than one way to skin a cat, though.
Here's kinesio taping for plantar fasciitis on our site. Here's the way I used to do it before I discovered the easier way. It works but it is more challenging to pull off.
And just to show an example, here is RockTape kinesiology taping of the knee.
