How it goes on

You un-velcro the straps and slip it on your knee like a knee sock. Then you secure the top then bottom strap to customize the fit just enough to provide support but not so much that it acts as a tourniquet. But I will have to assume you know when you have tightened it up too much.

Keep in mind

Hand wash and do not machine wash. This is a neoprene blend and some might be sensitive to neoprene, so discontinue use if a rash develops. And if your pain worsens, you need more than a brace you need a doctor. Make sure you are referred to a sports medicine knee specialist or surgeon.
