The technology is certainly an exciting development in athletic gear and a definite leap forward over traditional padding. Prescriptions
Effective topical pain relief for osteoarthritis0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
This doesn't cure osteoarthritis pain but it does a good job of cutting the pain and offering relief. Not 100% but it does substantially improve movement and offer pain relief for those who suffer and are sidelined by arthritis pain. Supplements, OTC Meds
Natural anti inflammatory0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
It is temporary relief that works well for a longer period of time than most topical gels. No smell and it's clear. It's a staple in locker rooms for over 50 years. Supplements, OTC Meds
Skeptical at first but very promising results.0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
I get an inflamed bursa from time to time and this, plus advil, made all the difference. Advil alone just takes the edge off usually. That and the fact this bruise just went away so fast inspired me to research this further. Uncategorized

Everyone who uses this stuff loves it. So I had to try it and get some for my Dad as well. It's an amazing little stick. I go through band aids like water. And now I use this on my feet for running and for those marathon walks in NY city. I always end up with bad blisters when in NY and am looking forward to having protection this time. Virtually no one I spoke with had issues with this. Complaints were so minor and usually there is a decenter or two. I think it resolves a painful issue for many people. Ankle Braces, Orthotics
Arch supports with more cushion0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
These are very breathable. They are a good selection for those who want more cushion and padding and less stiffness. Personally, I like a bit more stiffness but athletes find these provide great relief and it's all a matter of personal preference. These are a quality product and not your standard issue inserts. We've reviewed many in different price ranges to cover most pocketbooks/wallets. Ankle Braces, Orthotics
Considered a gold standard in OTC foot support0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
I rated them three for "easy to put on" simply because the molding part is not very difficult but it is a step that is more complicated than some. But it works for a lot of people. They do work for most people but do consider that everyone's feet are different. They are as close to custom orthotics as you can get and they might also work for those times you've left the orthotics behind and you desperately need something so you can walk without pain. They are sold in some athletic stores. Training Books, DVDs
Totally legal performance enhancement0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
This is the first of its kind so there is nothing to compare it to. But the idea is performance taping instead of taping muscles. It has good field results thus far and it's legal! Accessories
Laces that stay tied0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
I truly wish I'd gotten to market with this idea before someone else did. I love them. And I love that they come in so many colors. Cheap and they save time. Training Books, DVDs

The important thing to remember is that you have to try different things to find what works for you. It took me a long time to find the right thing and as a result I have a LIBRARY of resources including books, splints, tape etc. It's also important to prevent it from returning by stretching regularly when you feel the twinge.
