What are the different colors of kinesio or k-tape all about? It's a style thing.

And in the photos where you see it demonstrated, they use the different colors so you can see the overlapping contrast. 

Personally,  I use the tan so it won't show when I wear sandals.  The tan color blends with my skin since I'm a white girl.  I don't want blue tape snaking up my calves as it doesn't look so hot in a skirt.
