How is PerformTex different?

Besides the price difference, PerformTex has a patented twin-groove adhesive pattern that is designed to allow moisture and sweat to wick away faster. This promotes better skin breathability and less skin irritation for those who may have shown sensitivity in the past or have sensitive skin in general.

Another P-Tex difference can easily be seen in the opposing sine wave "pressure diamond" pattern interspersed every 2” on the adhesive side of the tape. (See picture above in green.) The pressure variations created by this pattern are designed to contribute to deeper penetration of benefits through the skin and into the underlying fascial layers. In short, this enhances pain relief.

What can PerformTex be used for?

P-Tex taping can be used for sports injuries, joint pain, muscle pain, overuse injuries, muscle tightness or spasms and post-op recovery. Simple taping instructions for common conditions are included in every package, allowing anyone to benefit from the Perform-Tex difference.
