There are kettlebell moves with cardio blasts, which makes this a very effective routine. Benton offers excellent instruction and cueing and there's even a preview section where you can practice some of the harder moves that will take some time to master.
It’s 80 minutes so you can choose one part of it and be done. And then do another part another day to change things up. You can expect to work up a sweat and turbo charge your abdominal muscles along with everything else. It adds a bit of fun to core strengthening exercises, which to me, are traditionally boring and tedious.
Overall, a great choice if you're in shape already want to be inspired and be chiseled!
